With Full IT Support, you receive unlimited IT support from our helpdesk. Ideally suited for SME's with no internal IT department. From immediate telephone response for all of your staff, through to proactive monitoring of your entire network.

Would you like to call a dedicated IT support team at anytime, as often as you require for one set fee ? For approximately £30 per month per PC you can have your own IT support team at your disposal with set Service Levels to ensure your call is responded to immediately. With a remote support link to your site our engineers can react to your support requests within seconds aswell as proactively monitoring and mainting your network to fix problems before you even find out about them. In the event of a full system failure, Appiam will send an engineer onsite at no extra charge. For any other onsite visits our standard rates apply.
