Remote IT tech support
Remote IT support involves a member of the Appiam technical support
team accessing the IT computer network remotely to resolve the problem.
The remote IT support can be provided by a tech support guy from
Appiam's office in Los Angeles, LA, USA.
OnSite IT tech support
If the fault cannot be resolved by
either Telephone or Remote computer support then a site visit will be
required. Appiam shall endeavour to have a tech support engineer on
site within four working hours in the event of a complete IT computer /
server / network failure.
Out of hours IT tech support
24/7 support is available in the event of a system failure.
Appiam can bill the client in one of two ways, either on a
fixed monthly rate, which is inclusive of all types of tech IT support
LA, or on a pay-per-call basis allowing the client to pay every time an
