Appiam provide the following methods of support
Telephone Support
We provide a 9:00am - 9:00pm support phone line, the client simply calls the support line. Appiam will endeavour to receive the call immediately and allocate it to the appropriate member of staff. The call will be prioritised and allocated to the appropriate engineer.
Remote Support
Remote support involves a member of the Appiam technical support team accessing the system remotely to resolve the problem. The remote support can be provided from Appiam's Head Office in Tower Hill, London.
On-Site Support
If the fault cannot be resolved by either Telephone or Remote support then a site visit will be required. Appiam shall endeavour to have an engineer on site within four working hours in the event of a complete system failure.
Out of hours support
24/7 support is available in the event of a system failure.
Appiam can bill the client in one of two ways, either on a fixed monthly rate, which is inclusive of all types of support, or on a pay-per-call basis allowing the client to pay every time a support call is made and resolved.
